Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of order

You will receive our acceptance of your order by e-mail. The contract between Sagar Ceramics and you the customer will come into existence only when you receive this acceptance from us.Receipt of an order via our website does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Your right to cancel

If you decide to cancel after delivery you will be responsible for payment of the return carriage charge. Any product returned to us must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as it was despatched to you. To avoid this we strongly advise that if you do wish to cancel that you do so before the goods are despatched to you.

Any amounts that you have been charged will be refunded, less any carriage costs.

Delivery

Delivery charge made for orders under £150.00 please see delivery charge when placing order.

Product Guarantee

All products sold on this site comply with British Safety Standards and are guaranteed against defects for a period of 12 months from delivery to the customer. We will arrange collection of any faulty goods, If we are unable to repair the product, a replacement will be sent.

Repairs or replacement will be only in the case of faulty goods and not if we find that the goods have been misused in any way and that the instructions for the proper use of the product have not been followed. In these circumstances a charge for repair and shipping may be made.

If accidental damage occurs or the product is out of guarantee a repair may be possible at a charge.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The descriptions of products on this website are, to the best of our knowledge, accurate and up to date but these may vary slightly from time to time due to specification changes and product development.
